At the start of the show, the audience submits wild questions and outrageous "secrets" that will shape the rest of the night. After each comic performs their stand-up set, they sit down with Tony for a segment where the audience takes control.

One comic must answer audience-submitted questions with no idea what's coming. Another is forced to "yes, and" a series of ridiculous audience-written "secrets" as if they're completely true. Another faces the lie detector, where the audience helps determine whether they're telling the truth.

Then Tony turns the room into the show itself with fully improvised musical crowd work, creating original songs on the spot inspired by audience members, conversations, and whatever chaos unfolds.
